Platsa's House

Eine ganze Wohnung auf drei Stockwerken - allerdings mit steilen engen Treppen - mitten im Dorf - das hat uns sehr gefallen. Im obersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, am Tag schön hell mit einem kleinen Balkon über der engen Dorfgasse - einmalig. Die Küche im Untergeschoss hat weniger Licht, aber sie ist gut eingerichtet. Und ganz besonders: Unsere Landlady buk für uns einen riesigen Rüebli-Kuchen und stellt und Früchte und ein Brot hin - toll. Sehr angenehme Dusche. Alles was man braucht war da. Eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Das WLAN ist nicht sehr stabil.

Village of Apieranthos was wonderful

Would have been nice to have had a bit more outside space. Photo of balcony was a bit misleading armadillo looks if it looked out over a square rather thana derelict site.

Super accueil, avec des petites attentions gourmandes. Petite maison avec beaucoup de charme, de la vieille pierre et du marbre. Le village est assez central dans l’île de Naxos et permet de faire pas mal de choses.

On y a passé 5 nuits et on en sort complètement épuisés. On n’a pas pu faire une seule nuit complète. En effet la maison est située en plein cœur du village, près des restos et bars qui ne ferment qu’à 6h du matin. Donc tous les soirs, les bruits étaient terribles, les boules quies ne suffisaient pas. Et ça ne s’arrêtait jamais, c’était toutes les nuits de 20h à 6h et parfois 7h du matin. C’est un lieu sympa si vous prévoyez de faire la fête toute la nuit mais si vous cherchez du calme, ce n’est pas le bon endroit. C’était très compliqué avec des enfants.

This place is in the perfect location to explore the beautiful village of Apeiranthos! The host, Maria, is excellent at communicating with her guests. We put the washing machine to use which was very helpful for our long trip. Checking in and out was smooth, and we really appreciated the food and coffee she left for us. If you’re looking to stay in the culture-rich village of Apeiranthos then look no further!
