Modern home short walk to gorgeous beach. One acre, wooded and secluded property. Gourmet kitchen, Viking stove/oven, Subzero fridge, sound system, Scandinavian furniture, WiFi, heated pool w/ safety fence (can be taken down upon request), outdoor showers, lawn (organic treatments, no toxic pesticides), BBQ, FrameTV, office, Tesla / EV charger. 15 mins drive to East Hampton Village, 15 mins to Sag Harbor. Pool open May-Sept. No discount requests please. Thanks!

This house is just lovely. We stayed with our whole family and had a great time. The house is chic, the kitchen is so well stocked, the bedrooms are comfy and the location is excellent. If you like the bay beach, it’s a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous spot. Evan is very responsive and helpful. We had zero issues with the house. It’s all well hooked up too with smart TVs and fast internet. A wonderful spot, we hope to return!!

Interior of the house was clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, recently renovated and nicely appointed. Pool and surrounding area could use a refresh, ie. Replace or fix pool capping, weed and level patio, and remove bolts that appear to be remnants of some awning fixture, very painful to step on. I would also say that the house is probably a 5 minute walk down the street to the beach but pictures on VRBO give the impression that there is a path from the backyard to the beach, which is not the case. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues.

The house was immaculate, the pool was a delight and the location incredibly convenient! Evan was such a thoughtful and responsive host! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a family vacation!

Adam is a very good a communicator, which we appreciated, buy this house lacks some simple elements, for example dressers in the bedrooms to simply have something to put your clothes on, instead of the floor. More chairs/sofas in the family room are severely needed. When you pay this much there should be live tv, and in all the bedrooms, not only streaming in just the family room. It is not enough.
The promise of a private beach steps away is a misrepresentation. It is several houses down the street and, most frustrating, the stairs to the beach have been closed due to storm damage, and have been for sometime. This is a primary selling point of this house and is not available. To be told you can “just walk down the road” is a deal-killer. It’s 15 minutes away, and negates any convenience. This should have been disclosed ahead of time and the rent for the house should have been reduced significantly.
