About this house rental

A sunken path lined with hundred-year-old chestnut trees leads you to Coat Coazer, a group of old buildings in schist and grouted granite, typical of North Finistère.
It is a dead end road that leads into the woods. 200 metres below is the Saint Yves fountain with its carved stones. It is fed by a stream where it is good to recharge your batteries.
The house of character that you will live in surrounded by trees, 2 floors high, would be an old manor house. There would have been an underground passage leading to the Château du Guerand.
Thick stone walls keep the house cool in summer. Inside, the furniture is old, it is a family home. A large room on the first floor with its large fireplace. In the extension, the bright and spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Sleeps 8 maximum, upstairs 2 bedrooms in one a double bed and a single bed, in the other two twin beds. In the attic a sofa bed for 2 people and a single bed. The view of the velux windows offers a view of the park, the sheep and their lamb, the cultivated fields.
The private terrace allows you to have lunch and dinner outside in peace.
On the roof solar panels are installed for domestic hot water, well equipped kitchen, reverse osmosis unit at the sink for filtered water. 3 km from the village of Plouegat Guerand, superb renovated little church. In Plouegat Guerand, at the beginning of July, the cherry festival is organised.
You will share the courtyard at the front with my sister and my father (90 years old).
15 km away, visit Morlaix, its port and its pondalez houses, which were from the fifteenth to the seventeenth centuries the habitat of traders who traded in linen. Curious architecture typical of Morlaix.
Two free-range hens, the sound of the wind in the poplars...
there are sailing lessons for children in Locquirec 10.5 km from the cottage: optimist and windsurfing, you should call the sailing school, and sand yachting lessons in Plestin les Grèves (10 kms) on the beach of St Efflam (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) as well as wind-speed lessons (skateboarding towed by a wing) from 12 years old.
The first beach is in Locquirec and is called: "Le fond de la Baie", it is 5.9 kms.
