3kms from the beaches of Locquirec and within 10kms of the beach of SaintEfflam, beautiful resort, this old farmhouse, whose buildings are unoccupied, is located in quiet countryside in the small village of "Pont Menou." It was recently restored and furnished with care. It will be the perfect place to discover the region's rich heritage. Many festivities take place throughout the season, and walks routes are proposed to discover the path of the parish enclosures. The fish lovers will travel the few kilometers separating this holiday house Brest, less than an hour away, to visit the Oceanopolis. The regional specialties: crepes, galettes and the famous "Kig ha farz".

Très bon séjour

Propriété familiale, très bien pour les tous petits et adolescents qui se situe en campagne, parfait pour les balades avec notre chienne. Parfait pour la déconnections des villes (pas d'internet). Proche de la mer (3km). Nous avons aussi visiter les alentours (100kms autour) La propriétaire est extrêmement gentille. Une femme adorable.

Ca aurait pu être agréable

Le logement est fonctionnel mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons retrouvé beaucoup de mouches mortes dans la maison. Les araignées trônaient fièrement du haut de leur lampe. Nous avons trouvé un aspirateur mais le sac était complétement rempli. C'est dommage car l'endroit est somptueux et la vue est magnifique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison rénovée. Les espaces de vie sont grands et bien équipés. Les chambres sont agréables et les deux salle de bain sont les bienvenues pour les 2 familles que nous étions. La présence de quelques filantes ne nous a pas empêcher de passer de bons moments et de profiter de la régions. Je tiens à préciser que la propriétaire est quelqu'un de charmant et souriante, elle nous a mit à l'aise.

La situation du gîte, qui permet de rayonner sur un large périmètre, et de dormir dans un coin calme, nous a plu. L'équipement est suffisant, sauf peut être en cuisine (pas de carafe ni de théière, peu de grosses casseroles ou saladiers pour un grand gîte). Les jeux pour les enfants ont été appréciés. Un bémol : le gîte pourrait être plus propre (poussière, moisissure dans la douche...).

Las condiciones generales de la casa no son muy buenas, sobre todo los cuartos de baño y las camas. El olor a humedad es muy fuerte, la limpieza en general no era muy buena y la cocina estaba llena de grasa. Aunque en el anuncio de la propiedad, dentro de los servicios ofrecidos, dice que se suministra ropa de cama y toallas , la propietaria nos dijo que no era así y que si queríamos ropa de cama nos cobraría una tarifa adicional por cama pero que las toallas no nos las podía facilitar porque eran algo muy personal ; así que tuvimos que pagarle por las sábanas y salir corriendo a comprar toallas en un supermercado. Tampoco pudimos pagarle con tarjeta de crédito y no fue muy amable cuando nos dijo que fuéramos a sacar dinero al pueblo y que ella se quedaría con la llave hasta que regresáramos. Lo bueno de la casa es que es amplia y está situada en un entorno privilegiado.

Maison rénovée en effet mais pas trés propre, mauvaises odeurs en arrivant dans la maison, humide, douches sales. De plus pour 400 euros de location pour 3 nuits PAS DE DRAPS????!!!! 1 sac poubelle pour 3 jours pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants ( dont 2 bb), pas de liquide vaisselle pour faire la vaisselle, pas de savon pour les mains, pas de papier toilette ou des fins de rouleaux.... c'est un peu de la radinerie!!! je trouve cela cher et pas normal de ne pas avoir de draps ou il fallait rajouter 8 euros par lit donc 6 lits, on fait le compte c'est un peu de l'abus!!! et la dame n'avait pas de draps de toute façon à nous proposer, nous avons donc dû aller en acheter et même au centre commercial la vendeuse en était un peu choquée elle n'avait jamais vu cela ou alors cela doit être précisé dans l'annonce avec son supplément financier!!! je réserve beaucoup par location et même à l'étranger et les Draps sont fournis!!!! déçue!
