Exit to the balcony. 1 room 13 m2 with 1 double bed (200 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 9 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 9 m2 (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large balcony 20 m2, small terrace 8 m2 partly roofed. The holiday apartment is the combination of the two apartments DE8491.200.23 and DE8491.200.24 (the upper floor can only be reached via an outside staircase, the balcony is partially covered). If you reserve the free additional beds (one per apartment possible), you can use the sofa bed in the living / dining room on the ground floor and / or the single bed in the 9 m2 bedroom on the upper floor.
