Modern apartment in the historical center of Noto with panoramic terrace.
A few steps from the municipal theater, surrounded by historical palaces and ancient churches you will find our recently renovated apartment.
The entrance opens on the living room with TV and a comfortable sofa bed and on the left there is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a balcony. Completing the apartment, a bathroom and a small laundry.
Finally a door in the living room leads to a spacious terrace with a wonderful view of Noto’s rooftops, equipped with a table and sunshade it is the perfect place to enjoy meals outside!

The area is very well served, and not far away you will find the beaches of Lido di Noto, the Vendicari nature reserve as well as the Fontanarossa airport of Catania at about 90 km: the perfect location not only for exploring the beautiful city of Noto, but also for getting around and discovering the beautiful sites of Eastern Sicily.
Also called “”the capital of Baroque”; the historic centre of Noto was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2002. Among the protected assets you can find the Cathedral of Noto, the most important catholic place of worship in the city. Also in the centre, Palazzo Ducezio is not to be missed, a true gem of baroque architecture which houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (“Hall of Mirrors”). Toward the coast stands the natural oasis of Calamosche Beach, declared in 2005 as “the most beautiful beach in Italy” for its crystal clear waters.
The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 90 kms far away, while Comiso “Pio La Torre” airport is 80 kms far.

One of the best apartments we had the opportunity to stay in Italy. The apartment is perfect, the location could not be better and Marco, our host, recommended several places worth to visit that are not mention in any guide, including Lonely Planet or Rick Steves. We stayed four days but Noto’s valley towns and archeological sites requires at least one week.

This apt. is very spacious and beautifully appointed. The bedroom is huge with large windows and a small step-out terrace, comfy bed and linens, and lots of storage space. Lovely living room with TV and stereo, very functional kitchen, and nice bathroom. Great terrace with amazing views ! We highly recommend !
