The apartment's location - it's just a short walk to the city center. Parking in the underground garage (not for beginner drivers :-) A newly furnished, clean apartment. Comfortable beds, a reasonably equipped kitchen. A balcony facing the garden courtyard.
The house is a bit "noisy." You can hear noises in the corridors or in the apartment above you. But it's okay for a short stay. You can get from the garage to the apartment by elevator, but not from the apartment to the garage (no key for the door). You have to walk down the driveway, but that's just a minor detail.
