Super urządzone mieszkanie, jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Zamykane osiedle, parking

Fajny apartament, w zasięgu spaceru mamy centrum i UMK, park miejski (który przynajmniej zimą nie urzeka). Miła, sympatyczna i kontaktowa właścicielka. Dobre wyposażenie apartamentu (pralka, zmywarka), w zimie komfortowa temperatura w środku. Bez problemu znaleźliśmy miejsce parkingowe po 19.00 w dniu przyjazdu. Na plus także uszkodzony szlaban na osiedle :) przy wyjeździe nie trzeba było kombinować z odstawieniem kluczy z apartamentu do skrytki. Możliwość pobytu z psem. Duża ilość naczyń, które są w dobrym stanie. Osiedle samo w sobie ciche, spokojne i bezpieczne
apartament wymaga poprawek - poobijane ściany, parkiet jest tak luźny, że strzela podczas chodzenia po nim. Wiele osób o tym pisało - drzwi do apartamentu to zerowa bariera akustyczna i bardzo dobrze słychać życie na korytarzu. W sypialni za ścianą rury od sąsiadów, które słychać podczas odkręcenia wody przez sąsiadów. Wi-Fi bardzo niestabilne i przy pracy zdalnej mocno problematyczne. Wciąż przy relacji cena - bardzo dobre miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt. Pół żartem - na terenie osiedla wysypała się chyba piaskarka ;)
