⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CLEAN SPACIOUS 3BR/2BTH, 2 CAR GARAGE, BALCONY w/ BEACH VIEW, POOL, PATIO

Perfect place to stay at the Jersey shore. We had such a wonderful relaxing and fun Labor Day weekend. I would highly recommend and would stay again!

The location was great- a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, amusement park and water park. The condo was a good size for 6. There was decent parking for 2 cars in the garage- although a little tight pulling in and out. The pool was a nice bonus! Overall, I highly recommend this unit for a nice stay.

Great Location to boardwalk and beach. Very clean! Condo is on 2nd floor and well equipped. However there were no bath towels , only beach towels. Plenty of bedding linens. Plenty of space for sleeping. The TV in one of the bedrooms is outdated and we didn't use. Main living room has a nice TV where you can access streaming and some cable. I would definitely stay here again. The Landlord replies very quickly when needed. The pool is small and shared by other neighbors. The neighbors are very friendly especially when you respect the shared spaces. Be respectful and kind and they won't give you a hard time! Garage parking was great however very narrow along with the entry to the place.

For future renters, this place is not handicapped accessible. On the images, it looks like everything is on one level but the apartment is 2 flights up which created a difficult time for my mother who needs assistance. Also, there was really only one beach chair, the others were loungers and folding chairs that would be fine for the pool but too heavy to carry to the beach. The pool and apartment are definitely smaller than they appear in the images. The kitchen is not meant to cook family dinners…very limited counter space. The bedrooms lacked any decor and 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no dresser or cabinet to store your clothes which is compounded by the fact that every closet is full. On the positive side..the apartment is centrally located to all the action and was clean. I loved having the accessibility of the washer and dryer for laundry and the owner was very quick to respond to messages. One thing I found concerning was that during our visit, the town inspectors had to come to inspect the property. Heinformed us that we were not supposed to be staying there because he was the one that provides the certificate of occupant. The owner says he has it???
