About this house rental
It’s time to shake off those winter blues! Ideal Seaside retreat for those who love the sun, sand and nightlife. Come stay in our clean and spacious, freshly painted home. This is a combination of two apartments that give you the entire rear house all to yourself. There are a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms for you and your family. All located in the heart of Seaside Heights. Park your cars in the driveway and leave them there all week. Our home is steps from Breakwater Beach Waterpark which makes this a perfect location for families with small children. Just a short stroll to the boardwalk, the ocean, the bay, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs/nightlife. Seaside Heights has even more to offer with amusement park rides, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and wave runner rentals. Also, visit www.seaside-heightsnj.org for updated movie and fireworks nights, as well as casinopiernj.com for Breakwater Beach Waterpark and Casino Pier activities. An amazing time for you and your family is yours at our clean, well-located beach home.
Room for three cars to park in the driveway.
Beach passes for up to twelve included (a $600.00 dollar value) .
The units have window air conditioning units and ceiling fans.
Three of the bedrooms have queen sized beds with new mattresses, One bedroom has two bunkbed sets and you’ll find a convertible sofa (full size mattress) in the first floor living room.
There is wireless internet access & cable TV with new Ultra-4K smart TV’s throughout. There are 43 inch TV's in each bedroom, a 55 inch TV in the first floor living room and a 65 inch TV in the upstairs living room.
Two eat-in kitchens have all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. so that you can cook and eat inside. Outside, there is a patio area with gas barbecue grill and tables for enjoying meals in the fresh air.
Additionally, there is a Studio unit on the property that is also available as a separate rental should you need even more space - listing #3262468.

-Minimum age for primary renter is 25 yrs. – no exceptions.
-Both owners and renters comply with state & local Ordinances (STRP #24-00042).
-Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (check-in: 4pm / check-out: 10am).
-We do not provide linens and towels. Guests must bring their own.
-While the lower unit is located at ground level, it is not ADA Handicapped Accessible.
-The upper unit does require use of stairs. This may be an issue for those with limited mobility.

This was a good place to have a small family reunion of about 10 people including kids. We rented the downstairs unit for my mom who cannot climb steps and the upstairs for our kids and others. It had enough bedrooms and beds for us to sleep comfortably together. The location to the boardwalk was amazing (about 5 minute walk).
The outdoor patio and grill was great to have bbq dinners, although the gas tank did run out but the owner was very quick to respond to this issue immediately and help. The steps from the downstairs unit to the upstairs is pretty steep so the rail is important to use when climbing the stairs. The ammenities provided was adequate but definitely buy seasoning and sugar and sitting you need for cooking bc there’s no food or toiletries in sight.
The cleanliness was adequate but when we got there we did light some candles bc there was a bit of a musky scent throughout and the closets and cabinets did have a strong moth ball scent which ironically enough my son is allergic to (not severely but enough to lower his iron levels) so I opted not to put anything in the closets, the rest of my family did so there’s ample space for storage.
There was 2 days of raining and the street outside from the corner of the water tower until the end of the block got severely flooded where we could not leave the house so be aware of that.
Overall, this was a solid choice and would recommend anyone to stay here and have a good stay especially with a big group.

We had a wonderful week! The house is very close to beach and boardwalk while far from the noise. Safe, family friendly neighborhood. The house was true to the pictures in the listing and clean. The hosts were very responsive and prompt. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable, nice place. Short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Good communication with the owner. No real problems. Kitchen well stocked with decent quality items for food prep. Really everything you need. Bring your own linens means blankets too. There are good pillows provided. Would stay again.
