About this house rental
A completely luxurious designed home located just one block from all the Jersey Shore has to offer. Included are 3 parking passes for town as well as 10 badges making it super easy to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, rides, and attractions, all just steps from your home! This fully updated home contains 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, 1 outdoor shower, as well as an additional outdoor rinse station.
As you enter the main door you walk into an open concept living room and dining room with brand new luxury plank flooring, which continues throughout the entire home. You will find a spacious sectional couch to fit the entire family (which also is a center sofa sleeper fitting an additional 2 guests if need be) all wrapped around 1 of the 4 smart TVs located in the home, as well as a beautiful fireplace creating the perfect ambiance for when settling down for the night. The dining room is centered with a counter height table equipped with wine storage underneath with seatings of 4 chairs, a bench and 2 stools, all under a beautifully matching chandelier. Adjacent to the to the dining room you will find the first floor fully updated bath, and as you continue to the back you will find a cozy fully stocked kitchen, as well as separate coffee staton area overseeing the dining room. Upon exiting the house into the backyard you will find a the covered outdoor shower to the left and the rinse station to your right in the yard, making it easy to clean off after a wonderful day at the beach.
As you head upstairs you will find the home's feature full bath along with 3 full size bedrooms, each with their own smart TV. The master is situated in the middle of the three rooms and has a queen size bed with plenty of drawer space underneath as well as a nightstand and closet to fit all your wardrobe needs. The front room and larger room contains a full size bunk with a twin bed both on top as well as a trundle twin bed underneath, and has additional full size standalone bed, sleeping up to 6. The room also has the largest TV in the home, making this the perfect room for the kids to make wonderful memories. Continue out the front of this bedroom and you will find the front balcony situated with 4 chairs, perfect to soak in the morning sunrise. The last and final bedroom located in the back contains a full size pulldown Murphy bed, allowing for plenty of space to come and go from the back balcony, which is situated with 2 chairs and overlooks the rear of the property.

Clean, close proximity to boardwalk and attractions, modern and comfortable. Beach passes and parking passes were a nice touch. Very pleased with our visit.

floors diry, ice trays not clean. sofa broken and smelly. said 12 bades only 10. walk way a little ruff. tras cans all full. Didnt know date to put twem out. my and arent workin . ad to was dises. Cob webs in lit fixturer.
