The two upstairs bedrooms share the private, full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is an additional half-bath downstairs.
The Add-On: There is an additional space on the ground level that is available for use at an extra $200 per night. The room has a full-size bed and full bathroom with a shower.

The house was perfect for our group of five couples for the weekend get together! We enjoyed the pool and the location was convenient to shopping and restaurants!

This is our 2nd time renting this property and we love the set up and that the beach is right across the street. We did have an issue with the water that had a bad smell, the owners were very quick to respond to help us out. We would rent this property again.

This is a great property. It was enormous, clean, and true to the ad was right across the street to the beach. Don't let the street deter you - just walk across and you get perfect sand and calm water. This is the Gulf, so don't expect blue water... but the sand is perfect and the beach is tended to regularly by the county.The pool was a great way to cool off at night and we made liberal use of it. We would not hesitate for a moment to stay here again if we're going to be in this area.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The picture make the rooms look smaller than the actual size. Pool was not cleaned when we arrived. The pool man came the next morning and said we could not swim until 1pm that day because he shocked the pool. I notified the owner. Her reply was that she can not control when the pool man goes to clean the pool. When asked if we could rent the property next year. The owner stated that we would have to contact VRBO. The contact on VBRO is the owner. Dates are not listed on the VBRO site. It is a very nice place for vacation. Expected more help and courtesy.
