This is the perfect place for your Ptown get-a-way. Located in center of town on historic Alden Street and just under the Pilgrim Monument, 22 Alden, Unit 2 is a 5-minute walk to the Ferry and all the Commercial St. bars and restaurants. Enjoy cocktails on your exclusive-use patio, or grill in the backyard. A dedicated parking spot, smart TVs, recently renovated kitchen and bath, and available washer and dryer are just some of the amenities.

The property is incredible. Everything seems new and in working order. The hosts are very responsive and even helped me enter early when my flight arrived ahead of schedule Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this property and we just love it! The unit is perfect for 2 people, the kitchen is well stocked, bed is comfortable, everything is modern and clean. Parking is a huge plus!! The outdoor deck is perfect for morning coffee or just hanging out. The shared dining area and outdoor grill are great additions. Looking forward to staying again soon!

The location of the apartment was great. Close to everything but still in a quiet area.
Unfortunately, the description listed AC under amenities but it was only in the bedroom. So, the main living area was humid and stuffy.
The doorknob to the bedroom was half missing. If one were to shut the door, the potential for getting locked in the room was possible.
The paint in the bathroom was chipping and the area around the shower pan had areas that were black with mildew.
The bedroom had sheer shades so the sun streamed in at 5:00 AM.
There was no hairdryer and only one beach towel.
I told the owner about the issues without resolution.
I ended up leaving several days early.
