Emplacement idéale. La configuration atypique en fait tout son charme. L’accès au jardin et grande pièce commune sont très appréciées. La machine à café est top.
Avec les températures caniculaires il faisait très chaud en rez de rue (sous-sol). Heureusement nous avions à disposition un petit ventilateur sur pied. Sans devoir penser installation d’une clim’, il serait peut être intéressant d’installer un ventilateur au plafond dans la chambre, réel plus pour rendre encore plus agréable ce logement :)

Casa più vecchia rispetto alle foto, molto calda e ventilatore molto rumoroso. Pulizia non eccellente, presenza di ragnatele e ragni, specchio e lavandini arrugginiti. Bagno senza ventola e finestre. Poche luci funzionanti quindi appartemento un po' buio
