La vue est superbe. L'appartement est calme et à proximité d'un parc.
L'appartement est globalement confortable cependant il y avait quelques manquements faciles à combler : Il n'y avait pas de sac poubelle ni dans le coin cuisine ni dans la salle de bain. Pas de torchon pour la vaisselle. Cendrier sur le balcon non vidé. Chaises du balcon cassées. Pas de lampe de chevet. Le clapet de la lunette des WC s'enlève.

Wij waren op doorreis en hebben de studio in de middag pas geboekt via Booking.com. Alles was snel geregeld en kregen direct contact met de host via een bericht. Kregen duidelijke instructies voor de route en de sleutel. Doormiddels van een Yutube filmpje. Het was een mooie compleet ingerichte studio op 6 hoog, met lift. Het voldeed voor ons prima voor 1 overnachting. Het uitzicht was prachtig zowel 's avonds als in de ochtend.
Het was een beetje donker bij de sleutelkastjes (we kwamen in het donker aan).

L’état vétuste de la salle de bain (cabine de douche très ancienne et usée). Pas de papier toilette pour WC L’équipement de la cuisine minimaliste (poêle ancienne avec revêtement dégradé) la position du micro-ondes (situé à 1m70 de hauteur) Cafetière non vidée ( il restait dosette à l’intérieur)
