Goed uitgerust appartement, met fijn balkon, goede parkeerplaats (50m) en goede restaurants vlakbij. Wij aten prima en goedkoop bij Cosi Cosi.
Op zaterdag nog veel scheurende brommers en auto's door de straat.

Όλα ήταν καλά συσχετίζοντας την τιμή με το τι προσφέρει. Άνετο, με ιδιαίτερο design, πολλές εναλλακτικές επιλογές φωτισμού στον χώρο και πολύ εξυπηρετική η θέση του καταλύματος με πάρκινγκ λίγα μέτρα από τον χώρο. Επίσης αν και δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υπάρχει καινούργιος φούρνος, πλυντήριο μέχρι και σίδερο με επιτραπέζια σιδερωστρα. Επίσης καφετιέρα με 3-4 κάψουλες και μεγάλη τηλεόραση. Το μπάνιο αν και είναι σύγχρονο έχει κάποια μικρά θεματακια όπως η μισή πρόσοψη στην ντουζιέρα που δεν αποτρέπει πλήρως το να βγαίνουν νερά εκτός, η περίεργη κάπως στριμωγμενη θέση λεκάνης και η μη ύπαρξη ατομικών μικρών συσκευασιών σαμπουάν αφρόλουτρου αλλά μεγάλων συσκευασιών.. Επίσης στο Β4 η μπαλκονόπορτα έχει κάποιο θέμα και δεν κλείνει ερμητικά. Τίποτα από αυτά όμως δεν είναι red flag αλλά ήσσονος σημασίας.

Direkt im Zentrum von Arta, zwar nachts hellhörig, aber alles und die besten Restaurants nur um die Ecke. Schöner großer Balkon, klasse Bett. Klimaanlage super! Zugehöriger Parkplatz, der auch von den Einheimischen akzeptiert und nicht belegt wurde, in 50 m Entfernung. Sehr zu empfehlen! Toller Kontakt zum Vermieter!
Irgendwas geht immer besser, aber nix zu nörgeln!

Lokacija je odlicna
Osoblje ne odgovara na poruku ni na poziv, cura koja radi u prizemlju nam je nazvala tek tada smo dobili sifru za ulaz na glavna vrata. Na Bookingu su naveli krivu sifru za ulazak. Wc premali i neuredan cak i prljav, sve nekako dotrajalo. Nema mjesta cak ni za cetkicu za zube. Pise da imaju garazu, nisu nam dali upute za nju, pa smo morali parkirati na ulici, a jedan od vaznijih razloga zasto smo uzeli ovaj apartman bilo je privatno parkirno mjesto.
