Very pleasant stay in the centre of Lisieux with beautiful views of the cathedral.

Excellent location and very spacious flat. Nicely decorated .

Cleaning needs improvement, the kitchen in particular. The pillow were very poor quality. The host does not respond to requests on the booking.com messages

Hello I found the place very pleasant overall, Additionally, it would be helpful to have a nightstand on both sides of the bed.

though the noise from the upstairs neighbors was a bit disturbing. I would also recommend repairing the bed legs, as it feels somewhat unstable.

Nice apartment but completely unsuitable for anybody elderly or infirm.

Other than the incredible difficulty of getting to the apartment. It had a nice view of the cathedral and was close to restaurants and shops. Well fitted and very clean also, and unusually for France it had working and effective air conditioning.

The property was on the 5th floor up a dangerous and extremely steep spiral staircase. Only the fittest people could get up and down these stairs on a regular basis. We are both over 70, and carrying luggage up this incredible flight of stairs was almost impossible. The stairs and height of the apartment were completely not flagged or indicated anywhere in the listing. In addition, no information was provided in advance through booking.com or any email that I could find about how to get in or physically where the apartment was in the building. Had we received anything that did describe the situation we would have canceled and stayed somewhere else.

A very comfortable stay in a great location.

It was clean, comfortable and well appointed with a fantastic view of the cathedral. Although quiet, it was close to local shops and restaurants.

We didn’t mind, but the four flights of stairs to get to the flat might be a challenge for some.

The studio flat is large and extremely well equipped. It has everything you could possibly need. It is warm, clean , beautifully furnished and well located. check in is easy- you are sent a code for the door.

L'emplacement

Les photos sont très alléchantes sur le site mais la réalité est autre chose. La liste des déconvenues est importante: - importante fuite du chauffe eau avec planche des WC complètement moisie, poche d'eau sous la peinture, - trou dans le mur de la cuisine - vaisselle insuffisante et ébréchée - manque d'ampoule sur une applique du salon - pas de chauffage dans la pièce de vie - pieds des chaises cassés - pas de chaînes sur la TV seulement des applications payantes - bain à remous qui déborde, seulement rempli à moitié d'eau, sans personne dedans, de nombreux résidus noirs sortent des buses - paroi de la baignoire non fixée - flexible de douche qui fuit - une applique ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre Aucune réponse de la conciergerie dès l'entrée dans les locaux pour signaler les dysfonctionnements, et aucune proposition de dédommagement malgré près de 200€ de déboursés pour 2 nuits

L’accueil et la communication avec l’hôte sont inexistants.. aucune réponse ni communication pour la remise des clefs 3 h avant l’arrivée . Obligé d’escalader au support booking pour avoir une réponse … gestion arrivée et départ en autonomie avec un code d’accès assorties de nombreuses règles de pénalités en cas de dégradation linge, rendu sale, poubelle non vidées , vaisselles non faites alors que le ménage de 50 euros est inclus dans le prix … tout cela sans aucun vrai état des lieux ou inventaire … départ exigé à 10 h assorti de pénalité si retard … de qui ne pas être détendu .. Clim et télé du salon impossibles à régler ..

Le charme de l'immeuble et de l'appartement ainsi que sa situation géographique plutôt centrale.

Absence de propreté : dès l'arrivée, dépliants pour expliquer les règles collants, baignoire à jets sale lorsque l'on enclenche les jets, bouche d'aération dans la salle de bain au-dessus de la baignoire sale. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants), le lit était fait avec 2 serviettes de toilette, en revanche pas de draps ni de serviettes pour les 2 autres (canapé convertible). Le rapport qualité/prix est donc misérable ... Grosse déception au vu des commentaires des précédents voyageurs.

Appartamento molto bello e romantico

Alloggio ampio e ben arredato in zona centrale (appena dietro la cattedrale). Un gioiellino. Ci aspettavamo un monolocale invece era un appartamento con camera da letto, soggiorno, bagno e zona cucina nel corridoio!!. Molto bello

Il divano del soggiorno era macchiato (ed apparentemente sporco). Nel giardinetto dietro la cattedrale di sera ci sono persone che si fermano a mangiare e bere e schiamazzano fino a tarda notte e non si poteva dormire con la finestra aperta.

Le bruit de la rue le soir : des personnes dans le petit square au pied de l'immeuble qui parlent fort et se fâchent fort ce qui ne nous permet pas de garder les fenêtres ouvertes le temps de la soirée

Faire la queue pour le sèche linge durant 3 jours car un autre résident l'a monopolisé surtout pour vêtements bébés. Problème de sécurité du spa... Je me suis brûlée la jambe. Oreillers fournis et couette non recommandables.

Parfait pour une nuitée

Localisation pratique et facilité pour se garer dans rue. La clim bien appréciée en ces jours de fortes chaleurs, pièces spacieuses et belle hauteur sous plafond. Pratique aussi le code pour la porte de l’immeuble et de l’appart.

La deco plutôt sobre manquait d’âme. Pas réussi à faire fonctionner la machine à café, pas d’ouvre bouteille à dispo, ni de savon dans la douche/salle de bain.
