Step into this sleek, modern home with Southern exposure, central air conditioning inside, and a crystal clear pool outside! There's even a lanai for guaranteed comfort as you swim laps or just float comfortably. Cook up dinner on the outdoor private gas grill and enjoy it out on the furnished patio or dock. But the full kitchen indoors is spacious with full-size appliances, as well as a prep island that doubles as a casual breakfast bar with room for four guests. Pull the room-darkening drapes closed for a cooler atmosphere or keep them open and enjoy the lovely view of the canal. Enjoy late-night chats around the electric fireplace as you plan out your adventures for the next day. This home is all one floor, so guests who have trouble with stairs don't need to worry.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family’s vacation! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, clean and the beds were comfy! The kitchen had a view to the beautiful lanai and pool where we spent most of our time relaxing and floating! The outside deck had a great view of the canal and the tiki provided some shade as we sipped our coffee in the mornings and wine at night! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable.

This home was better than pictures! Beautiful layout and decor with comfortable beds and furniture.
The roomy lanai with heated pool and TV made for very relaxing days! Loved having drinks at the end of the day at the tiki hut on the dock while watching the sunset each night. Will definitely be back!!

My recent stay at this vacation home was nothing short of spectacular, and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a waterfront retreat. Whether it was groceries, shopping, or amazing restaurants it seemed like everything we needed was right around the corner.
The interior of the home was updated and modern, creating an inviting atmosphere. It was obvious that cleanliness is a clear priority.
One of the standout features of this home is the pool area, which provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and entertainment. Whether lounging poolside or enjoying a refreshing dip, the setting was ideal for creating unforgettable memories with friends.
The master bedroom was a particular highlight, with double doors that open directly into the pool area, allowing for relaxing mornings spent sipping coffee while gazing at the water (we saw fish jumping almost every morning!).
In summary, this vacation home is a haven for those seeking a waterfront escape that doesn't compromise on proximity to amenities. Hopefully this is our go-to for years to come, we will definitely book again!

Beautiful house with a great view on the canal. Perfect Southwest facing pool to enjoy the Florida sunshine. We all enjoyed our stay and hated to leave the newer updated home.
