Condo is within walking distance to Ferry Avenue public park and beach, and the public boat launch on beautiful Lake Charlevoix is just around the corner. Just minutes away, Downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan provide plenty of shopping, dining, hiking and bike trails, beaches, and sightseeing. Condo has one assigned covered parking spot, with extra parking along the side of the buildings and ample space to park a trailer. There is a nearby grocery store for any items you may have left at home!

Perfect location. Close to the downtown but still quiet and relaxing. Property was clean ans well appointed. Perfect for a girls weekend!

Condo was perfect! We had a wedding to attend at Castle Farms and the condo was 2 miles away. Morning walks along the lake were beautiful. Would come back up for sure.
