About this house rental
The villa is made up of:
- a very large living room, opening onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool; Connected TV (Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime Video)
- a spacious and friendly kitchen with its "snack", open to the living room: oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, food processor Kenwood with blender, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils
- 4 double bedrooms, with individual air conditioning: bedroom 1 and 2 with "queen size" bed (160x200), a connected TV (Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime Video), and a private bathroom (walk-in showers) ; bedroom 3 and 4 with double bed (160x200), and a shared bathroom (bathtub); large storage cupboards in each bedroom (large dressing room in bedroom 1). Perfect configuration for 2 couples with children.
- 1 downstairs toilet and 1 upstairs toilet.
- 1 cellar (washing machine + 2nd fridge / freezer + wine cellar)
Outside:
- a beautiful garden with lawn and planted with trees and shrubs;
- a swimming pool (10mx4m) with its 45m2 teak terrace and its 4 sunbeds and its large parasol;
- a partially covered terrace for outdoor dining.

Bed sheets and towels (1 large bath towel + 1 small towel + 1 large pool towel per person), as well as bedding are provided for 8 people.
TVs with Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime Video subscriptions.
WIFI access (unlimited and free).
Alarm (Ring) with presence sensors and door opening detectors.
Video doorman (to see who is at the gate).
Cleaning included (done on Saturday between 2 rentals).
Maintenance products and basic necessities (paper towel, toilet paper) will be available.
Deposit: € 1,000 to be paid on arrival by check (not cashed) or cash.
Arrivals / Departures: Rentals are weekly. Arrivals from 4:00 p.m., maximum departures at 10:00 a.m.
An inventory will be organized upon arrival and departure of the rental.
Pets, even small, are not allowed.
Important note: we have an adorable cat who will stick around, but know how to be discreet.
