Villa L'Olivade is a stunning villa located only 5 minutes from charming Valbonne and 20 minutes from bustling Cannes, Antibes and Juan Les Pins and their beautiful beaches. Surrounded by olive trees in a quiet neighbourhood, this is the ideal property for groups looking for a relaxing time in the Provençal sunshine.
The villa is ideal for families with children and benefits from a private salt-water infinity swimming pool, large grounds with multiple South-facing terraces ideal for al fresco dining, a BBQ and pizza oven area and a boules court. There is also a small kitchenette, an outdoor bathroom with a shower, and a dining and bar area with a beer keg. The inside of the villa has air conditioning, high-speed wifi, UK satellite TV and bright and spacious rooms.
On the ground floor of the property, you will with a large kitchen with full-length glass windows that look onto the surrounding hills. The kitchen has everything that you will need in order to make a delicious meal with local ingredients. There is a separate dining area and living room with a large smart TV and Sky Digital.
On this floor is the first bedroom - it is the Master bedroom that has doors opening onto the pool terrace.
