About this apartment rental

Spacious apartment for 6 guests in a quiet, secure residence. A 10-minute walk from the Val d'Europe shopping center and just a few steps from the RER A station for access to Disneyland Paris.

THE APARTMENT:
Located on the 4th floor of a quiet and secure residence, DAM1 includes:
- a living room (sofa bed, sleeps 2)
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils...)
- a first bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200, sleeps 2) with access to a private balcony.
- a second bedroom (two single beds, sleeps 2)
- a shower room with sink and washer/dryer
- separate toilet

PLEASE NOTE:
For your first few days, we provide basic essentials (sample-size shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap for hand-washing and dishwashers, trash bags, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away in the Val d’Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was a great base for our family Disneyland trip with local shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was also a short walk to the station for the RER to Disney, and to the local mall with a large supermarket. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with great amenities and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area.We wouldn't hesitate to return for our next Disneyland trip!

Fantastic! Spacious, clean & quiet. Excellent location. 5 min walk from lots of restaurants, supermarket, bakery.10min walk to station with regular trains to Paris and Disneyland. Will be back!

Property was in a good location close to val d’europe and not far from Disney land. The property itself was we’ll set up excellent decor comfortable beds. Only problem was there were ants in the kitchen which we communicated with the hosts which was rectified promptly. Overall good experience.
