About this villa rental
This nice family holiday villa with a heatable private pool is located in the very center of Albufeira and can be rented for up to 10 persons. The villa has a prime location, situated close to restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and is within walking distance of Pescadores beach, just 1.3 km away.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. The large living room, equipped with cable television, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, opens to the terrace and swimming pool. There is an open dining room with a dining table and an entertainment room that includes a billiard table, table tennis, and table football. A travel cot and a high chair are available at the villa free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators and freezers, a coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and washing machine.
One bedroom has a queen-size bed and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with a washbasin, shower, bidet, and toilet. Another bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning, with an exit to the garden and a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and air conditioning, a large walk-in closet, an exit to the balcony, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a bath, shower, bidet, and a separate toilet. Another bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning has an exit to the balcony and an en suite bathroom with a washbasin, shower/bath combination, bidet, and toilet. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, with an en suite bathroom with a washbasin, shower, bidet, and toilet.
The villa also features a private pool (6m x 6m) with optional pool heating available for an extra €350 per week, and a barbecue.

Spacious property in an excellent location.
Although the property was close to amenities there was very little noise however sleep was disrupted by poor quality pillows which do need replacing. Overall, a great choice for a family holiday!

This villa has everything you need for a stay. We were a group of 10 friends celebrating some birthdays. The villa was clean, spacious and had enough entertainment to last us the week. The one thing that let it down was the air conditioning in the main lounge - however the rest of the air conditioning throughout the house was great! The location was great - with easy access to the new and old town whenever you want.

The Villa was lovely and had a lovely pool area
The bedrooms were lovely and great that we had so many bathrooms.
The aircons need regasing. Pillows on beds are not good quality. A couple of us had meck pain
We only had 1 towel each although we were advised that pool towels were not provided
We also didn't have accesss to spare bedding
The villa was lovely and the location was great with shops and restaurants close by
If the recommendations were followed up we would mark the villa 10/10
