It is a motel. So, plan accordingly. It is a cheap option if you ran out of options when it's a busy weekend in Chicago, but it is far from the city: expect at least 30 minutes driving to get to the South Loop. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I stayed in the room with the hottub, but I didn't use it.
Carpet in the room and lack of space to hang/put stuff. The liquid soap in the bathroom was also very liquidy.

The Jacuzzi was perfect. Quiet area.
You have to put a $100.00 cash deposit for damage to the room. Was worried I won't get it back.
There were no issues, and I did get it back. I would have preferred to have it on my credit card.
