It is a motel - expect the comfort of a motel

It is a motel. So, plan accordingly. It is a cheap option if you ran out of options when it's a busy weekend in Chicago, but it is far from the city: expect at least 30 minutes driving to get to the South Loop. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I stayed in the room with the hottub, but I didn't use it.

Carpet in the room and lack of space to hang/put stuff. The liquid soap in the bathroom was also very liquidy.

The Jacuzzi was perfect. Quiet area.

You have to put a $100.00 cash deposit for damage to the room. Was worried I won't get it back. There were no issues, and I did get it back. I would have preferred to have it on my credit card.

I lost 3hours just to get password from wifi had to call booking couldn't cancel. And i couldn't even take a shower cuz handle was broken. Worst place that i visited so far. And ofc frost desk just said they cant help me and that's it. They didn't even try to fix problem. I had to complain on google maps in order for them to give me wifi password. And best of all when i told front desk that i rented room with wifi she said its free wifi. It doesn't come with a room. How can you work in hotel business with that attitude.

Very dissatisfied

The whirlpool would have been nice but it was so disgusting I couldn’t get myself to even try to clean myself and get in.

Everything was dirty bed ,table ,bathroom, whirlpool tub. Bed was also very uncomfortable for how expensive the room was I was very surprised how poorly kept it was.
