The Trullo and Lamia are truly outstanding, featuring a beautifully designed layout and an impeccably maintained property. The pool area is incredibly spacious, and the pool itself was crystal clear. We had an amazing, peaceful stay. The host was always available and happy to assist with anything we needed. Special mention must be made of the beds, which were exceptionally comfortable.

Das Anwesen liegt in ruhiger Lage, nur etwa 15 Minuten von Ostuni entfernt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Pool sowie der schöne Außenbereich. Neben dem Trullo befindet sich außerdem eine Lamia mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern – ideal für Familien oder zwei Paare. Der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht, freundlich und jederzeit gut erreichbar.

Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Ohne WLAN gibt es praktisch keinen Mobilfunkempfang, sodass Telefonieren nicht möglich ist. Zudem fiel während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder der Strom aus, sobald der Geschirrspüler oder die Waschmaschine in Betrieb waren. Das führte dazu, dass gleichzeitig auch Licht, WLAN und alle anderen elektrischen Geräte ausfielen. Insgesamt hat das Anwesen leider einen gewissen Renovierungs- und Wartungsstau. Mehrere Liegestühle waren defekt, die Küche wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Duschbrausen sollten dringend entkalkt werden. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist außerdem der Warmwasserboiler zu klein, sodass nicht ausreichend warmes Wasser zur Verfügung stand. Fazit: Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit viel Charme und großem Potenzial. Mit etwas mehr Pflege und regelmäßiger Instandhaltung könnte es ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Ort sein.

Could do with a new pool net as it was sometimes hard to clear out the bugs in the morning.

Property overall is very nice.

Mostly the host - he was 1.5 hours late at arrival due to car breakdown (understandable), but then overcharged city tax charging 48 for eight nights when the limit is five nights so it should have been 30, I paid him 50 and had to follow up to get a refund and he gave me 17.70 in coins... Also poor communication after a power cut leaving us with no hot water “all the electricity panels are on” was the full reply, and poor communication when scheduling departure, responding that he would arrive 25 minutes after we said we needed to leave by.. Regarding the property we did have a leaking bathroom sink and were provided a terribly unsafe babies high chair with no usable straps, missing its original base. Otherwise all good - it’s a lovely property
