Location. Ease of access, private off road secure parking. AC and fans in every room.
Pillows, towels and bedding were not very soft and not particularly comfortable. Cooker and oven quite old, missing some cooking amenities (oven trays, spatulas, tongs etc).

Location was excellent as we were jumping at the equestrian centre opposite.
Unfortunately we had bad weather for our stay. Despite that the area had shops and bars not far away so we still had excellent time
