Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 10 minut do portu. Komfort. Miejsce parkingowe. Budynek z winda. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament w części kuchennej. Czysto.

Good sized apartment in quiet location, perfectly positioned a few minutes walk from Puerto Marina and the main road with many supermarkets. The parking garage is a real benefit as the street was always full of parked cars. We found the beds comfortable.

The main shower tended to flood the bathroom floor if you left it running for too long, as the water did not drain away quick enough. The parking garage is tight if you have a larger car, but this isn't unusual for basement parking.

Great location and the facility was very modern.

The owner has a bit of an attitude. Charged us 50euros for a late check in fee which we didn't have an issue with paying, just could've gone about it in a better manner. The facility has two showers of which both leak from door and for a new building was quite poor. 1 shower wasn't above head height, simply only needs a bracket. Upon leaving we were sent a text the day before saying we had to leave before 10am because the cleaner was arriving for the next booking, okay fine we said which was a bit of a hassle as we had golf clubs to lug around with us all day until our flight at 6pm! 2 single beds were not comfortable, I've slept on army issue camp beds better than them. Long behold, my mate left his passport in the bedside table and thought, we'll message/call the owner to ask if we can call back to pick it up from the cleaner which we thought well we have been asked to leave early so shouldn't be an issue, well... how wrong were we. We were asked to pay 25euros just for someone to hand it over, I'm sure this is blackmail and holding someone's passport to ransom. Well the cleaner wasn't there but we were told to leave early, then she had to arrange someone to pick up her keys and her words were "nobody will do this service free of charge" so the owner has lied and contradicted herself. Very disappointing because the facility was ideal for us.
