L'emplacement est parfait ! Appartement très bien équipé.
Ça sentait les égouts et la graisse de cuisson dans l'appartement . Les 2 fenêtres d'accès au puit mécanique en sont responsables. C'était vraiment intolérable cette odeur. De plus, pendant 2 semaines, il y a eu des travaux de construction dans l'appartement voisin. Les bruits de démolition à la journée longue.
La mauvaise réaction du propriétaire de mauvaise foi. Pas de son, pas d'images! Il n'a même pas considéré une compensation monétaire raisonnable. Finalement, nous avons eu des excuses après avoir insisté. Mauvais souvenirs ! Appartement à oublier.
