Great location with views over the marina. The property is clean and has decent facilities. The ability to eat in if you want a change of pace is also very handy.

Not a dislike but be prepared for a 20 minute walk to the centre of Arcachon. There are a few places to eat and a couple of boulangeries and a small supermarket 5 mins walk away in Aguillon.

Access to the marina and walking distance to excellent food and beverage options, especially the attached restaurant. Clean, secure, large apartment, and good value.

Mould in the shower basin, however overall the property was exceptionally clean.

The apartment is perfectly located, very clean and modern.

The checkin is supposed to be automatic with access codes, but those had not been sent to us. We had notified the management of arrival in the evening and were provided with the telephone number for concierge, but the number did not work! I have been sending messages to the management via Booking. com, but no-one responded. Finally we managed to reach the management company via main telephone number indicated on Booking.com and were given the access codes, they advised that usually they send access information via Whatsapp, but I did not receive any messages from them. When we finally got into the apartment there was Wifi Router, which was working, but the login and password indicated on the Router did not work! I sent a message to the management again, but never got a response. There was also a dish washer that is to be connected to the water tap, but no instructions for use, so we couldn’t not use it. And finally there were capsules for Nespresso machine, but no Nespresso machine… All in all the management has to improve the channels for communication with guests, no client care at all.
