PENINSULA STAYS 3BR House Tiburón Ballena BEST in HOLBOX

Location is good, close to the beach and walk distance from the center

We had one morning without water for an hour due to some issue with the property, not the municipal water supply. For some it can be an Issue. The gas also ran out in our last morning. The shower head in the 2nd floor is falling apart and there are ants in the kitchen area. We did not really care as we were 3 friends and we spent our days outside but for families who would like to cook etc - it might be an issue.

Il nostro host Santiago è stato davvero incredibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La casa è un villino a due piani con inserti in legno, meglio di come si vede dalle foto. Camere ampie e aria condizionata, balconi e vicinissima alla spiaggia

La posizion è a circa 10 15 minuti di strada dal centro che come tutta l'isola non è asfaltata per cui non è comodissimo ma si sta comunque molto tranquilli e vicinissimo a una bella spiaggia

La casa está muy bien ubicada, está amplia y tiene todo lo necesario, el personal es super amable y caminado llegas a varios lados. No está tan cerca del centro, pero si caminas, puedes llegar bien o tomar un taxi

Die Unterkunft ist anders betitelt bei booking als auf dem Schild vor der Unterkunft - somit hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, diese mit dem „Taxi“ zu finden. Der Gastgeber ist schwer zu erreichen und ist nicht die selbe Person, wie vor Ort. Es gab kein warmes Wasser trotz Nachfrage. In keiner Dusche! Das WLAN ist nicht gut und geht nur in bestimmten Stellen im Haus. Auf meine Frage, ob es einen Fön und einen Wäscheservice oder eine Waschmaschine gibt, erhielt ich die Antwort, man müsse gucken: bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten! Santiago ist der Mann, der einem alles vor Ort zeigt. Er ist freundlich und ist super hilfsbereit. Es gab nur einen Vorfall mit seinem Hund, den er nicht gut behandelt und der uns sehr getroffen hatte. Tiere schlägt man nicht! Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr schön aber hellhörig!
