LaIsla Holbox Villa

The pool was great for the kids. However, because it bottom and sides are rough and not finished smoothly, they all ended up with bleeding sores on their fingers and toes from playing in the pool. The beds were very comfy, but the sheets didn't fit properly, so we had to keep get up in the night to remake the bed. Having plenty of shower/toilet rooms was great. The air con in each room was great.

In the facilities descriptions said there was a washing machine and tumble dryer. Well, there is, but not for staying guests to use. Very misleading? We didn't take enough clothes to cover our stay because we had planned to wash there! Also, we thought there was an oven, but there wasn't. No teatowls to wipe up crockery or clean down sides. No strainer for pasta, etc. And some items in the property are poorly maintained. And photos are when it was fresh, not used. Lighting in kitchen area poor to work with.and sofa beds as we know them in Europe are not suitable for children, so had to share bed with 3.

An excellent beach very close to the house, just some minutes walking

Everything was ok

It fits the entire family and the host was very helpful once we got to the island.

It was dirty (dishes and appliances) and the house does not look like the pictures
