3 Bed Cottage-Sleeps 6-Garden-Hot Tub-Games Room

Quiet location in Welsh countryside. Lounge had great seating direct access into garden and garden view. We could watch the birds on the bird feeders and had a very regular greater spotted woodpecker. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was just perfect for us. The kitchen was small but well equipped. Welcome pack was a bonus. Excellent instructions for recycling and appropriate bags and containers. We didn't actually use the hot tub or games room but they were great facilities. Lovely patio dining area. Dedicated parking within the property grounds. Great location for exploring the mid Wales coastal area.

We did know there wasn't a dishwasher but we did miss it!

Cannot fault it

Visited on 9th August for a week ,couldn't of wished for a better properly or hosts!. Cottage was immaculate with outstanding views all around, very peaceful and plenty of room for all 5 of us. A lovely surprise welcome pack. The property has everything that you would require. All the essentials were provided to get you started including fresh milk , and the owner Dennis is always avaliable if required . Games room and hot tub was huge hit with all the family ,and nice to chill out there after a busy day out , Would deffo recommend 👌 and we hope to return in the near future Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable

Lovely place. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Fantastic hot tub and games room. Lovely countryside location but short drive to New Quay and beaches. Host very helpful. We really enjoyed the house and our stay.. excellent would recommend.
