Thimari Lodge was the perfect home away from home. Costas and Zoi were amazing hosts! Every day they checked in on us, gave us the best tips on what to visit and where to eat, helped us make reservations, and were always happy to answer any questions we had. Communication via WhatsApp was flawless. The property itself was impeccable and had all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was abundant and freshly prepared. Each day, you could choose your breakfast the evening before, and it was delivered right to your doorstep at your preferred time. The pool and the views were absolutely stunning. Just a short walk down the road, you'll find a small harbour with a lovely little beach and a beach bar serving amazing food. The property is only a 10-minute drive from the lively centre of Fira and about 15 minutes from the picturesque village of Pyrgos, which was the perfect location for us. We highly recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely return.

The lodge owners are incredibly welcoming and personally ensure every guest feels at home, consistently going above and beyond. The property itself is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and a pleasure to stay at.

The lodge is close to the airport, so you’ll hear the occasional plane taking off, but it wasn’t bothersome.
