Labai švaru, patogi lokacija arti centro, buvo visi reikalingi prietaisai jaustis patogiai viešint
Garsi gatvė (trinkelės) tad girdisi naktį pravažiuojantys automobiliai, aplinkui tik mokamas parkavimas, patalpose labai karšta (vasarai dideliems karščiams norėtųsi ventiliatoriaus, nes sunku pravėdinti), pasigedau virtuvinių/popierinių rankšluosčių

Butas švarus, tvarkingas, gražus. Labai patogi lokacija.
Buvo labai karšta pačiame bute. Labai prastai nutekėjo vanduo duše, realiai negalėjome juo naudotis, nes vanduo beveik nenuteka besiprausiant ir labai greit prisipildo dušas, o toliau naudojantis tiesiog pradėtų vanduo bėgti per viršų.

Ļoti mājīgs dzīvoklis pilsētas centrā. Tīrs, kluss. Nescafe Dolce gusto kafijas automāts. Saimnieks atsūtīja info un foto par iekļūšanu dzīvoklī. Ļoti labi.
