Läget var riktigt bra. Super med parkering i källaren. Det ingick ett parasoll och två beachstolar som man kunde ta med till stranden.Allt var väldigt bekvämt!

Ottima posizione al centro di San Vincenzo con spiaggia davanti. Appartamento spazioso e illuminato.
Numerosi problemi dovuti alla scarsa manutenzione: pressione dell'acqua mancante al piano inferiore, doccia al piano superiore con testina rovinata e tubo danneggiato, lucernario coperto da cartone, telecomando semi-aperto, televisione con alone dovuto da bruciatura, scaletta del letto a castello non fissata e presa danneggiata nella camera da letto nel piano superiore. Scarsa attenzione alla pulizia dell'ambiente: l'appartamento si è presentato con sabbia, capelli e peli ovunque, pure sulle lenzuola, rovinate in alcune camere. Inoltre, la stanza con i letti a castello non è arieggiata ed è stato necessario richiedere un ventilatore che ci è stato gentilmente fornito.
