Great apartment in an excellent location, highly recommend

This property was very comfortable for a family of 5, reception were very helpful especially in arranging to post an item we left behind and the location was perfect for exploring Salzburg and super close to the train station if you are arriving by train.

Comfortable and close to bas & train station.

It was the most cosiest, comfortable stay after we visited 4cities. Bonus is that they have automatic bidet in the bathroom. 😁👍 & the bus station is in front of hotel. Location is just 5mins walk from the main Salzburg train station.

Good apartment. Would be happy to stay again.

Spacious apartment and well equipped. The heating was on permanently which we appreciated over the New Year cold. Easy to find - the bus from the airport stopped literally straight outside the door. It was 20-25 mins walk inter the man areas - the old town, good restaurants.

The towels were very rough and in need of renewing as were the pillows.

Good location

It is not too far from the train station. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Take bus no 1 to the train station (just 1 stop away), Mirabell Park and Fortress Hohensalzburg. The apartment is clean and functional. There was some problem with the toilet when we checked in, the hotel staff rectified it immediately.

Nice and cosy rooms, easy accessibility to main train station with bus stop at the door step that will get you to the old town. Alternatively, can take a nice stroll along the river to get to the old town.

Location was great, very close to the main station, easy to reach to city center, there is a bus stop in front of the villa, safe to come in the evening, very good breakfast. Very good pizza place nearby.

Every was perfect, One thing that was not mentioned while booking that you have to pay 200 euros refundable deposit once you check in and if everything is fine you will get your deposit back in few working days

Very nice place to stay in Salzburg!

This location was a very quick walk from the train station. It was a bit of a longer walk to Old Town, but nothing out of the question. The room was very nice, and we really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The room had extras such as a refrigerator that was nice. The on-site laundry was a beautiful facility and so close to our room.

We did not love having to pay a hefty fee as a deposit, but we were aware of it ahead of time. This fee was refunded after our stay, but it still seemed a bit odd given that this is essentially a hotel.

Comfy home base for our Salzburg adventures

Easy short walk to the train station. The bus station in front of the property along with free bus access made getting around the city easy. The entire apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was tiny but functional. Air conditioning was a nice bonus during a few warm evenings.

Perfect for us. Allowed us to explore with ease.

Location was 5 mins walk from train and bus station. Funky bunk beds for the kids. Really modern bathroom with a built in bidet which provided some humour! Washing machine area was well setup and well needed by us. Bus stop outside.

Room was smaller than expected BUT I do t think that can be helped given the stylish house it is in. Whilst funky and modern the beds are made with that "Wayfair" type wood and our 9 year old learnt that the corners of the bed are fearsome. Id suggest some corner cushion by the host as a law suit is probably in the ether at some point from someone. Nothing else.

A fantastic place to stay in Salzburg.

Nona was very friendly, helpful and kind upon our arrival even though we were later than planned and had forgotten to reserve parking. Bus stop literally outside the apartment and train station 5 minute walk (where we could catch any bus) made this an excellent location. Apartment comfortable, clean and modern. We would recommend Villa Elisa.

The accommodation was spotless and perfectly located. Staff were attentive and went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable. There is a bus stop right outside and the train station is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was plentiful. We will definitely return.

I visited Salzburg and had a pleasant stay at Villa Elisa. The room we booked was big enough for a family of 5. The rooms were very tidy, well maintained with all basic necessities covered. There was a small kitchenette with all the required kitchen tools and equipment required to prepare meals. There was a laundry room downstairs althought this was not free and you have to pay 5 EUR per wash or dry. They also provide you with a free guest pass so you can use the buses in salzburg throughout the duration of your stay. There was also a bus stop right in front of the apartment which can take you straight to the primary tourist spots in Salzburg. Communication with our hosts were also excellent and often times swift. Overall I have nothing but postive things to say about Villa Elisa, highly recommended!

Great Location if wanting to arrive/leave by train or do day trips by train or bus. Very close to main train station and public transport. 30 min walk (beautiful walk) to old town or easy 5-10 min bus ride with bus station right out the front.

The rooms are small so as a family it can be quite cramped if raining etc. Size of room is offset by the cost of the accomodation so you pay for what you get. Paid Laundry.

Villa Elisa is a great choice for a stay in Salzburg. It's located in a peaceful, green area, just a short walk from the city center. The apartment is very comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with high-quality furnishings and appliances. Everything is thoughtfully arranged. The hosts are helpful and kind. Everything!!! The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was large, clean, and included a kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Location is within walking distance to the train station. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Easy check in, helpful and friendly staff. Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The location didn't disappoint.

perfect location for people wants travel with public transport

we liked the location of this property, it's about few minutes walk from the train and bus station, because it's so close, we are able to travel to other areas like Hallstatt and kings lake easily by public transport. it's a perfect location for people like us wanted to maximum the trip in 3 -4days. the bed for kids are hanging above the main bed, it's a fun thing for kids, as they treated it as a climbing frame. it's also only 15 mins walking distance to other main tourist placesin Salzburg.

This is not a four star hotel. The kettle leaked water next to the toaster that’s wires were exposed. Felt more like a cheap motel. Towels were like cardboard. Not value for money.

Tranquility one stop from the main station.

A lovely well kept hotel one bus stop from the main railways and bus station. The bus from the station stops 200 metres from the hotel and the return stop is right outside the door. A good breakfast is served between 8-10am (eggs, cold meats, cheese, bakery items, fruit Tran and coffee). Our room was spacious and the be comfortable, there was a small fridge hot plates and a microwave in our kitchen/ living area. There is an excellent pizza restaurant 100 metres from the hotel, serving pizza lasagne beer and wine.

This was a great find! Excellent parking and electric car charging. Immaculately clean apartment with lots of space and storage. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, fruit, cheese etc. Easy walk along the river into the old town. Bus stop right outside which takes you on various routes across the city.

Breakfast doesn't start until 8am, which is a bit late if you have small children or you want to have an early start. That's the only downside to this amazing place!

Very good place, but don't think about cooking anything.

The place is very good. But cooking a simple meal was annoying for us and for the other guests. Our apartment did not have a kitchen hood and cooking was always associated with stress. Even boiling a plain potato or cooking some noddles very, very carefully was enough to activate the smoke detector. Very good place, but don't think about cooking anything.
