Very comfortable, great views and location
The mats in the kitchen are extremely dangerous, a terrible trip hazard The accessing the keys instructions way too wordy and complicated, and over the top for checkout. Also EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with hosts. Emails sent to me, with a no reply address Very unhelpful. Overall communication very very poor

I think the instructions could have been much shorter. They were rather complicated and I had to read and reread them several times.
Nothing apart from the instructions on collecting the keys and returning them afterwards.

the location close to train station and trams
i had trouble retrieving keys as the lockbox was set a long way back in the mailbox and had to get someone from reception to help me. Also do not like highrise buildings
