Comfortable stay. Great value for money.

The shared kitchen needed daily cleaning as bins were overflowing on the floor and other students left so many dishes in the sink

Great location, modern building, efficiently designed studio for the space, comfortable bed, window that opens, not noisy, friendly staff.

I was supposed to get my room freshened up during my stay because I stayed for more than 6 nights, but the cleaning was never done, even after I asked a few times at reception. The front desk managed to find a clean towel so I could at least shower, but I would’ve appreciated a change of bed sheets as well. Also, if I’m nitpicking, it would’ve been nice to have hand soap and a small towel to dry my hands on after washing them, as well as some dish soap and a sponge or something to wash the dishes that I had in the kitchenette.

Location was close to tube and the tube station itself was on a main line. Movie room was a nice touch.

We were offered a cleaning of our room because I our stay was well over 6 days. When asked about it, staff 'took note' of our request, yet we went our whole 14 day stay without a changing of sheets or towels. We were also told they weren’t going to give us toilet paper. There was also zero ventilation in the room, even in the bathroom apart from the open window, of which we had to keep open 24/7 to stay cool.
