Estaba bastante nuevo y ofrece servicios como lavanderia. Los productos del baño son naturales y de buena calidad.
Tiene varios tramos de escaleras para acceder al apartamento y sin ascensor. El ruido de las obras de otro edificio que están construyendo al lado nos despertó.

Apartamento perfecto para una persona sola o una pareja. Luminoso y con buenas vistas. Muy bien ubicado, cercano al mar a 5 minutos de Somo y de Loredo. Apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario y decorado con muy buen gusto. Tiene parking.
