Perfect location, easy access, underground parkin space, some outside parking spaces free of charge and spacious playable parking on the other side of the road, well equipped apartment, view, all details provided

Great standard for Gdynia and an amazing location with view on Marina

Great apartment in an very quite location with an view on the marina. All the buildings in the complex are new and the apartments have accordingly a much better standard than what you usually would get in Gdynia. The location is great, not crowded and with an amazing view. To the beach you have to walk few minutes but definitely worth it for the better standard and peace. The apartment was exactly like in the pictures, a lot of space with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen appliances etc.), all very clean and nicely designed. As a bonus as we were travelling with a small child they provided a high chair, travel bed and baby tub.

Nothing to major but the baby travel bed was provided without a mattress which we had to buy. Plus you need to pick up the key at the security which is convenient but they seem not to be too “happy” about this task.

It was one of the best apartments we’ve been in. Apartment itself is new and modern, it has everything that you might need. Location is even better, sea view and morning sun is a perfect combination for breakfast on the balcony. It’s around 10 min walk to the nearest beach, plenty restaurants and some stores. We’ll definitely miss this place and we’ll be back as soon as possible 😊

Elegant and family friendly apartment by the marina

Fantastic decor, splendid views, very clean and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of storage space to place the luggage. Brand new apartment and all the facilities in the building at the highest standard. Underground parking garage. Grocery ministore (Żabka) just 100 meters away. Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime available on the TV. Overall, a very pleasant family stay (with a toddler).

Since there are 2 bathrooms in the flat one could have a bathtub instead of second shower - more useful when bathing kids. Also, accessing the building is currently a nightmare as the few new buildings are surrounded by what is basically an active building site, with temporary “roads” full of deep potholes. Probably not every car would survive that.

Pięknie urządzony, komfortowy apartament, aż żal było wyjeżdżać. Piękny widok na port. Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki po Trójmieście. Cisza, spokój i tylko śpiew mew. Niezapomniane chwile. ❤️

Duży plus za indywidualne podejście do klienta, bardzo miła pani z obsługi uwzględniła naszą prośbę. Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Czysto i przytulnie. Czwórka ludzi w apartamencie 6-osobowym to moim zdaniem optymalna opcja.

Kilka niedociągnięć estetyczno- wykonawczych (np. cokół w meblach kuchennych), głośno pracująca lodówka i wentylacja w łazience. Można odnieść wrażenie że lata świetności tego apartamentu minęły (należało by wymienić kilka sprzętów i wyposażenie kuchni na bardziej "współczesne").

المكان جدا جميل نظيف وفيه كل ما تحتاجه، والموقع جدا استثنائي والتعامل جدا راقي. ادارة المكان اصحاب ثقه في التعامل ولا يستغلونك ويتهمونك زورا كما يفعل بعض اداراة الاماكن الاخرى.

Apartament ma dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię (również w mikrofalówkę), co dawało nam niezależność od posiłków w restauracji, a jest szczególnie korzystne przy dzieciach. Ponadto pralka umożliwiła nam wypranie ciuchów, w których nasi synowie chodzili na treningi. Ogólne apartament jest bardzo ładnie urządzony, ma fajny balkon z fotelami, z którego jest boczny widok na port. Podziemny parking zapewnia komfort, szczególnie gdy musieliśmy codziennie zawozić i odwozić dzieci z treningów.
