Great apartment with a stunning view to sea from floor 23

It's way better than in the photos. Spacious apartment (you have the whole apartment), with big windows and a great view of the sea, marina and a bit to the city from floor 23. Very clean and smells good also :) Checkin instructions are very clean and so the communication via phone. I definitely will come again.

The fact that the property manager did not even respond to my 3 requests for issuing an invoice is unacceptable.

Exceptional

Quiet big appartments, clean, good for 2-4 persons. Bed is great, but sofa in the main room not really suitable for sleep. Very nice location and great view, that's very impressive! Big sand city beach - 8-10 mins, small shops - 8-10 mins, city center with a lot of cafe/restaurants - 15-20 mins walk. I would recommend to stay here, really good place.

Wonderful place to rest and work remotely.

Fantastic view and perfect location in the heart of Gdynia, next to marina. Underground parking, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, great shower, long promenade along the coast for walk/jog just next door. Very easy contact with the very friendly host, who was always available to help. I loved it!

Small things: Water in the bath could be warmer. During the day, some drilling noise was coming from the Neighour’s apartment.

Wspaniały widok na morze i miasto! Dzieci zachwycone! Parking w budynku a w Gdyni to bardzo ważne. Wszędzie blisko. Szybkie windy. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Miejsce parkingowe bardzo wąskie - ale to niezależne od gospodarza.

Widok z okna wiele wynagradza.

Fajna lokalizacja. Bardzo przyjemny widok z okien. Wszystko co niezbędne w wyposażeniu mieszkania, było dostępne. Wygodnie urządzone mieszkanie, dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani Martyna, która opiekowała się apartamentem.

Trochę za mała lodówka, nawet przy czterodniowym pobycie. Wystrój mieszkania w stylu lat dziewięćdziesiątych, ale wygodnie urządzone . Trochę wąskie łóżka, jeśli są przewidziane dla dwóch osób. Wiem, że tego nie da się zmienić, ale warto wiedzieć, że miejsce parkingowe jest bardzo wąskie.

Fantastyczny widok z okna obojętnie o której nie wyjrzycie plus lokalizacja blisko portu i plaży.

Wszyscy piszą o niesamowitym widoku to i ja przytknę. Właściwie załatwia on notę 9 na wejściu.

Nie było kawy, czarnej herbaty (miętę chyba ktoś zostawił) czy innej soli. Przy takiej cenie za apartament jego właściciel lub firma dbająca o niego mogliby nie robić z siebie dziada. Ale na dole na szczęście jest Żabka 🙃
