Tranquility in Simon's Town

Location was great: fantastic view from the bedrooms and the balcony. Guesthouse was quite spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Tricia was very pleasant. We really appreciated the milk and biscuits and the wine that was provided.

Lovely views. Very comfortable and well appointed. Beautifully decorated. Friendly and helpful hostess. Even when it was very windy, the patio was quite sheltered and we could still sit outside.

The view from the 2 balconies was great. The house was spacious and well kitted out.

The parking was not ideal unless you have a very small vehicle to fit in the garage. My rental vehicle would definitely not fit in the garage, so I had to try and park it in front of the garage avoiding the fire hydrant and off the road as much as possible due to the limited space. My personal opinion was that there was far too much stuff/antiques/curiosities everywhere on every surface. When you're travelling you need space to keep your things handy, you won't be putting them away in drawers and cupboards.
