Aproape de plaja.Camere spațioase, luminoase, 2 bai.
Pereți pătați, recomand o vopsea lavabila. Nu e o investiție mare, dar care schimba mult ambianta.

Defectiuni la centralele de apartament la 2 apartamente si 3 camere, defecte deasemeni si aparatele de aer conditionat N-au avut caldura un numar de 2 apartamente si 3 camere si un apartament . 2 camere nu au avut nici apa calda. Daca doreau sa inchirieze si pe aceasta perioada, ar fi trebuit sa faca o revizie mai ampla!! Un coltar defect, nu s-a putut dormii decat foarte rau!! Tatal proprietarului era destul de agitat si n-a fost amabil deloc!
