La limpieza, calidad-precio, muy céntrico, con paradas de tram a pocos minutos y a una calle del rio, la atención tanto de Marie como de su marido..
El apartamento está muy, muy céntrico. Sería de 10 sino fuera por un bar de copas que hay a 20 metros. Se oía sobre todo a la gente hablando (más bien gritando, riéndose) hasta pasadas las 3 de la mañana. Realmente solo nos molestó el sábado. Las otras dos noches ni nos enteramos. Y luego, las escaleras. Es un primer piso y para llegar hay como 12 o 13 escalones en forma de caracol. A tener en cuenta si vas con niños o personas mayores. En nuestro caso, no nos importó.
Para nosotros las almohadas eran muy blandas pero eso es cuestión de gustos.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Man ist schnell zu Fuß beim Bäcker, in Restaurants, zum Einkaufen und an der Bushaltestelle (direkte Verbindung zu den Bahnhöfen). Die Wohnung ist geräumig.
Am Wochenende ist es durch die Nähe zur Gastronomie recht laut. Die Toilette ist klein und eng. Die Ausstattung ist zum Teil nicht mehr in Top-Zustand (aber schon noch gut benutzbar).

Vieux bâtiment très sonore intérieur et extérieur avec vie nocturne très animée jusqu’à minuit
Oreillers beaucoup trop gros pour dormir
En vacances j’aurai apprécié l’endroit mais pas en travaillant à 8h tous les matins
