About this apartment rental

Apartment located on the 1st floor of an air-conditioned Provencal villa with swimming pool in Sainte Maxime in a private and very quiet development.
Maximum 7 people.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
The sea is a 5-minute walk away, the cycle path is a 5-minute walk away, Les Cigales beach is an 8-minute walk away, the town centre of Sainte Maxime is 2 km away.
For private use only for you: private swimming pool, barbecue area, patio, table tennis, parking for 2 cars. Beautiful open spaces and air conditioning in every room.
The large living room (TV), the dining room, the open kitchen equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster) open onto a large balcony equipped with a large dining table, a sofa and 2 armchairs.
3 air-conditioned bedrooms. 2 bathrooms.
1st bedroom with a large bed 160x200cm exit to a patio.
2nd bedroom 2 beds 80x190 cm.
3rd bedroom - a master suite with a 140x190cm and 80x190cm bed. Individual shower cubicle in the bedroom.
Each room is equipped with storage furniture.
At your use a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Non-smoking accommodation inside.
The pool is for your use all day long between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.

RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY!
Departure Saturday before 9 a.m.
Arrival Saturday after 6pm

Rental to families and couples.
Not to groups of young people, nor to party-goers.
No visitors during your stay.
In addition: the deposit 1000 € (cheque/cash) to be requested on arrival.

Option: bed linen and towel rental (let us know in advance and pay on site at the key reception)
Double bed linen rental: 15€ /bed/stay 7 nights (beds not made)
Rental of single bed sheets: 11€ /bed/stay (beds not made)
Towel rental (1 large + 1 small): 7 € per person

I LIVE ON SITE on the first floor.
At your service before 9 a.m. and after 10 p.m. Absent the rest of the time

nice big terrace with morning sun in the green. pool is on the ground floor and not directly accessible from the flat. pool is on the terrace of the second flat.

Appartement très agréable et bien tenu, parfait pour quelques jours en famille, dans une zone résidentielle calme, 10 mn à pied de la plage et 30' à pied du centre ville... Hôtesse discrète mais disponible, merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Easy living in a beautiful house with a perfect location. A great plus was the ac in every bedroom when in south of France in the summer.:) Welcoming and discreet owner.
