In absolute calm in the middle of a garden of 2000 m2 and without vis-à-vis, it enjoys an ideal situation : Close to the golf course of Beauvallon, about 800 m from the beach and 3 km from the center of Sainte Maxime.
On the ground floor: Entrance, dining room, living room with fireplace and office area, open kitchen equipped with a wine cellar and US fridge, extra bedroom opening onto a small terrace with shower room and separate toilet .

Upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms , two bedrooms with shared shower room and separate toilet, a large en-suite bedroom with balcony access, shower room and separate toilet.
