La disponibilità dei titolari/gestori e la dimensione dell'appartamento. Tutto davvero ottimo. Comodo al centro di Quartu, se necessario. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura come punto di appoggio per cambiare spiaggia ogni giorno.
L'assenza completa di un parcheggio pubblico o un posto privato disponibile nelle vicinanze è un elemento fortemente limitante per questa struttura, in particolare per veicoli di medie/grandi dimensioni. Di solito la gente parcheggia in strada, in qualsiasi spazio libero (non delimitato) privo di segnale di divieto di sosta. Una sera ho trovato un posto dopo 60 minuti. Se la struttura sarà in grado di risolvere questo aspetto, godrà sempre di feedback positivi a pieni voti.

Ubytování je ve staré zástavbě a atmosféra starých úzkých uliček je úžasná, klasická Itálie a to se nám moc líbilo. Apartmán je krásný, čistý a je tady vše co k pobytu potřebujete. Ideální pro dvě rodiny - 2 ložnice, 2 koupelny. Majitelé jsou úžasný a ve všem nápomocný. Rádi by jsme se někdy vrátili. Auto jsme parkovali bezpečně na veřejném parkovišti zdarma. Je to asi 4min chůzí od apartmánu-doporučujeme. Tady je poloha parkoviště: 39.243170, 9.193047
