Pulizia top. Appartamento fresco in zona ottimamente servita da market, pizzeria, ristoranti,farmacia. Perfetto con l'auto vista la facilità di parcheggio. Distanza 1,6 km dalla spiaggia del Poetto. Raggiungibile anche a piedi in 15/20 Min. Host eccezionale e sempre disponibile. Appartamento perfettamente arredato e corredato. TV, tapparelle elettriche,ottimo divano letto, matrimoniale molto grande, bagno nuovo molto bello, spazio esterno privato con lavatrice, stendino e mobile lavanderia. Cucina completa di tutto. Microonde, forno,macchina caffè pentole e corredo vario. Ombrellone e enorme borsa frigo a disposizione. Tutto TOP
