Exceptional location and view

We liked everything, however the presence of quite large hotel at rarher short distance is a mlnor disasvantage.

We had the best holiday staying in this lovely homely villa set in beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds with thle most spectacular views and a fantastic pool The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed and is very comfortable. The groceries and lovely toiletries left by the friendly owner were also an added bonus we weren't expecting and a very kind and welcomed gesture. There is also a delightful greek restaurant, The Rose Tree a short walk from the villa where we ate every night during our stay. There are also some fabulous beaches a short drive away. We would love to return and stay at The Gunnery House again.

There is nothing we didn't like although we were disappointed we didn't get a visit from the vat Luna. Maybe she"ll show up next time.

We were met on arrival by Nelly and Apostolis, the owners, who showed us around their beautiful and excellently provided residence. The location, facilities and furnishings bettered any villa we have stayed at over the past 40 years! And that was before we saw the infinity pool's view.

There was a bit of music apparent from the hotel Coba, down the hill. However, the relationship the owners had with the hotel, especially the manageress, Christina, ensured were well cared for; the Coba has excellent restaurants and a gym, btw. Christina also arranged SUP hire when the beach facilities were still being set up, this early in the season.
