Comodissimo, pulito, bellissimo. Personale pronto e premuroso. Altro grande punto a favore della struttura, una doccia molto spaziosa, e spazi confortevoli adatti anche a chi ha scarsa mobilità o è di corporatura non esile.
Unica, leggerissima e trascurabile pecca, al mattino il leggero rumore proveniente dalla zona colazione ha "favorito" il risveglio. A parte questo piccolo dettaglio, se dovessi tornare a soggiornare a Castiglione dei Pepoli, il Castagno sarebbe comunque di nuovo il primo posto che proverei a prenotare.
